Notice of Intended Marriage - Truth about Previous Marriage?

Hi, my quick question is that if one party does not tell the truth of previous marriage but simply put "single" in the Notice of Intended Marriage form, is it an offence under family law?

Actually marrying while still married to somebody else can be an offence called bigamy.

Lying on a NOIM can also be an offence.
