Ok, here are the facts. I currently do not have a lease. My apartment's secure gates have been broken for 2 months. Last Friday, my car was broken into and damaged. Is my Body Corporate liable for damages?Can I ask my Body Corporate to reimburse my excess on my insurance claim?
