NSW Neighbour harassment/mental hell.

Since November 2023 my male neighbour has been intimidating me, scaring my daughter and I. Almost every morning we awake to his angry,hostile screaming. Majority of the time what he's saying doesn't make sense. He swears, he screams "Are u ready to die" "Are u ready to be dead" He regularly bangs on our mutual wall at any given time. I have security camera footage and hours of it. He also behaves like this at nite time occasionally when it's dark and we can't see where he is. These episodes can and have lasted for 8hrs straight. He yells at someone no one can see. I was given an AVO (2yrs duration) as I'm scared sometimes for my life. I've rang police numerous times, around 50 complaints to HomesNSW MY Daughter can't have school friends visit. Last year he was carted off for 3 weeks to a Mental hospital. But when they released him only took 1 day and then. this horrible behaviour has been ongoing. I don't sleep through the nite ever as I'm 2 scared. Sometimes I tip toe in my own house because I'm scared he will start up. It's been like mental torture for me it feels like. Homesnsw last year gave him a strike and said if the behaviour continued his lease would be terminated. Well he continued but he stayed. I just want to feel safe. I want to enjoy my life. I'm scared,depressed, and drained. Is there anything else I can do Do please.
I have documented it all since November 2023.
I have a timeline.
I live in public housing.

I should've added..
I used to ring the police for help.
Last year , mothers day my neighbour was really really bad and he's whole episode lasted just over 8hrs.
I made 5 calls to police that day and my neighbour made 2 calls.
The police never turned up at all.
Like the emergency person was telling me 'police will be there shortly" and I was thinking thankyou il be ok soon and they just never turned up.

and when I was calling them regarding an AVO breach- they told me 'no' as there was no proof he was talking to me or screaming directly at me and the courts wouldn't be interested.
I have since stopped calling them.
I did actually email the Ombudsman Wednesday and received an email back to call them which I will Tuesday.
