QLD Negotiating Permanent Position - Take to Federal Circuit Court?

I am not happy about one small clause and they will not discuss the issue. I only have until the end of the day to accept the offer.

Am I better to sign to secure my job and dispute the issue later or not sign and take it to Federal Circuit Court? Or sign a note that I am still not happy with a particular clause?

This has already been to Fair Work Commission. Once FWC handed it over to the workplace and myself to finalise, they have changed/ altered their offer was not fair.
