SA How to Get an Application into Federal Circuit Court?

Hi

I am awaiting legal assistance claim, however I need to apply to Federal Court by tomorrow and still have no lawyer to represent me I need assistance to fill the application form. How do I get an application into the Federal Courts of Federal Circuit Court?

Fair Work Australia conference suggested that I apply to Federal Circuit Court to hear my dispute. I have to apply by tomorrow otherwise the time for application will expire. Can I get exemption as I am still waiting to hear if i get assistance from pro bono lawyer. I need legal assistance with the application
