NSW Miss Out on Promotion - Any Options Under Australian Consumer Law?

Hey,

Just trying to find the right information for missing out on a new car deal that started 3 days after I purchased mine. It's not the price; it's the extra giveaway promo. I was not told or informed if I would wait 3 days I would get this.

I have emailed the agent and no luck. I advised that the T&C's have 1 Aug as the start date; I'm awaiting head office reply.

Anything I can with here under Australian Consumer Law?

Policies about honouring sale prices if they come up within a certain period after you purchase an item are entirely up to the merchant. There is no law on this.
