I'm looking for some legal advice on a minor car accident I had while I was parked waiting for the kids and a lady hit my door on right hand side. I believe she was speeding at the time. She is taking me to court for damages was wondering where I stand legally?

Also, why is she claiming that the accident was your fault? Were you parked illegally? Do you have any witnesses that can affirm your version of events or the fact that she was speeding?
