I have equal shared parental responsibility. And the following clause in our court stamped orders.
Each party provide other party with details of any and all medical practitioners or similar that the children attend upon, and provide the other party with authority to speak with medical professionals or other treating practitioners, and access to all records from same.

Is the consent (to release information) implicit in this order, or is a further written consent required to be given to treating professional?
Thoughts please. Thanks.

Mine say

"That each parent will keep the other advised of the names and addresses of any
treating medical or other health practitioner who may treat the child and this order
shall be sufficient authority for the practitioner to provide the parents with
information
that they are lawfully able to provide about the child at the cost of the
parent requesting such information."

Based on that I would suggest that you would required something from the other party.
