Ex and I separated years ago and is only now seeking property orders (not yet divorced). Since that time, I retired from my employment and claimed my Super and moved off-shore.. My ex now is attempting to claim half of the Super, which no longer exists. (I invested in an offshore enterprise, which failed and lost virtually all my assets)
Does she have any right of claim to it's value (Meaning, will I have to find the money somehow) ?
(Of note... I am drafting my Property Statement for the court and in doing the math, my assets are $20k short of my liabilities.)
