I am enquiring about eligibility for Legal Aid.
I have virtually no assets, do not work and do not receive any financial assistance from the Government.
I have approximately $35,000 in the bank from an insurance payout from my Superanuation Fund.
Am I eligible to receive Legal Aid or do I have to use my own funds?
