VIC Lawyer Cancelled Arrest Warrant - What to Do?

My lawyer cancelled an arrest warrant on my ex-partner without my consent. It cost $5000 and now I don't know what to do.

Firstly I would ask your lawyer why he/she did it? I would then ask your lawyer why they did it without instructions from you.
You could then ask for a refund and make a complaint to the legal practice board.
