How to retrive My late mother's bank statement from her bank so that I can see how the money withdrawn by the wills executer was used because the information given to me by the executer does not add up

You don't have any right to just turn up at the bank and ask.
No more than anyone has the right ti just turn up and ask about your bank accounts.
That being said... are you asking about where all the money went while she was alive?
