I am taking Irene white to court for a life time of family violence. I have so much evidence against her and proof, however she might say it's slander. Where do I stand in a court of law? I have also applied for a crisis payment with Centrelink,due to family violence. I meet all the criteria and am eligible for this payment but they are rejecting my claim. I don't have a cent to my name and am desperate. What are my rights? Appealing will take too long. I need to resolve this matter immediately. Please help
