I claimed 3 times in the last three years and received a letter from the insurance company to find another insurance company, is this acceptable?

Hi, generally any service provider can choose who they provide services to, but what was their reasoning? It seems strange to send you such a letter, even on the basis of 3 claims having been made. An insurance company I would have thought, would instead of saying go elsewhere just on that basis, increase premiums.
