Hi.

I have a speeding ticket issued on the spot from a hand held radar but the ticket has my old address details on it, not the new address. I updated to the dept a couple weeks prior.

The ticket also has an error of the sign posted speed. The ticket says 60km/h but it is actually a 50km/h zone.

I was recorded doing 62km/h.

Are these 2 incorrect data entries sufficient to void speeding fines?

Thanks
