NSW I wAnt to sue comm on weath bank

I had been charge from fraud immigration webside a year ago.. after i realise they charge me money, i went to commonwealth bank to hv a dispute.. i gave everything but because of their negligence they lost my document and my dispute was cancelled. I went there time and again but they never helped me and take it seriously. Finally after long time one lady helped me but still the dispute is declined. So i want to sue common wealth bank.
