i was married in South Africa but never divorced. I moved to Australia where I was married again. I wish to divorce both men?

If your marriage in South Africa was a legal marriage and recognised here, you may have committed the Australian crime of bigamy. A lawyer would need details to work out if this has happened.

Australia has no fault divorce and as long you have been separated for at least 12 months you can apply for a divorce. If kids are involved you should see a lawyer.
