I am Raj. I came to Australia on a Student Visa and got my Citizenship around 9 years ago. I married to my Ex wife in India around 8 years ago. She came to Australia on spouse visa. Due to compatibility issues, our marriage didn't work well and ended up last November and received decree. The divorce is only sole divorce and she didn't sign the paperwork but she did sign acknowledgement. We don't have kids. My Ex is working in very reputable company in WA. She is earning well and she is PR of Australia. As our marriage is registered in India, do we have to go through divorce procedure again in India or do we have to inform Indian Government, if yes then how to inform?
Please guide me.
