Hello

My ex committed physical violence on my youngest daughter right beneath a closed circuit camera at a public place. At the time, I made a complaint and requested the video footage be kept in perpetuity, the public place agreed and advised it had been kept.

I have first hearing at the Federal Circuit Court is about 8 weeks. My affidavit stated the event occurred and it occurred under a camera. How do I subpoena the footage?

1. Obtain the necessary court form
2. Complete form
3. File at court
4. Serve it on other party

Should be information on the FCC, or have your lawyer complete it.

I make no comment as to the advisability of using video evidence except be careful. It can backfire on the person admitting the video as evidence, though at least in this instance you did not make the video.
