How can I get charges that were dismissed by a court removed from a crimtrac report, or do they disappear after a period of time?
The charges had nothing to with violence, abuse, sexual abuse. Mainly traffic offences, not culpable driving, possession of substances without prescription, theft of those substances. These charges were dropped, but remain on criminal history check carried out by crimtrac. Charges are less than a year old.
