I wish to get my name on my daughter's birth certificate the mother refuses to let this happen . She has it listed as father unknown. When she knows I am the father . What is the first step I take ??

Orders for parentage testing, in any of the Family Courts, can only be made if their is a bona fide parentage dispute (presumptions of parentage do not exist) and an application is made/before the court for parenting orders e.g. to spend time with the child etc
