NSW How to Drop Assault Charges?

Just wondering how I can drop charges against my partner? He was charged with assault and intimidation and also issued with an AVO and also has a 12-month good behaviour bond for driving offences. What will happen at court?

You can't, only police can. You can ask the court to not testify. Your partner's lawyer can tell you how to do that.
