This is a bit of a noob question, but how does a major hearing like Djokovic’s Visa hearing get arranged so quickly? There were at least 5 senior lawyers, a judge, the courtroom and live feed all arranged in what seemed like a matter of hours for the sake of one guy’s visa. I realize the urgency for Djokovic, but I can’t imagine those highly paid lawyers are just sitting around waiting for the phone to ring. They must all have important cases they are actively working on. Same for the judge and the courtroom - wouldn’t those things be booked solid? How does anyone even have time to prepare? It seems everyone just drops everything they’re doing and work nights? Why?? Money?
