NSW Harassment - What is a Summary Offence?

Was looking on sydneycriminal lawyers website they said summary offences have to be dealt by 6 months in NSW. I won't go into the specifics but was hoping someone could help.

I was wondering is the misuse of carriage service to harass someone (basically insulting someone via email) a summary offence?

What about sexual harassment in the workplace?

What about using someone's else identity to create an email account, etc?

A summary offence is a minor offence, indictable offence is a major offence
