How do I go about handing over parental rights to the mother of my child ,the child was unplanned also how can I get out of child support paying,if I hand over my rights will this stop child support if not how can I get payments reduced .

You can hand over parental responsibility by entering into parenting orders by consent, but you can't 'get out' of paying child support.

The amount of child suppor you pay is assessed against a formula that takes into account the taxable income of each parent and the percentage of care they have for the child.

How do you reduce your child support obligations? Reduce your taxable income, or spend more time with the child.
