I am very aware but she tricked me and had the child. We had agreed to no kids or that's it. Now she will try to get my hard earned money

I agree with the other posters. You've just learnt a very expensive life lesson that is likely to last 18 years.

I understand how you feel, but the legal system doesn't care about how you feel and will make you pay. You are not the first male in this position and won't be the last, and the legal system has been fine tuned over the years to extract money from people unwilling to cooperate with the other parent.
