My ex partner made me sign over sole parental rights ( I couldn’t afford to fight it in court and she had legal aid) am I still required to pay child support for the children I have no say over or rights to contact?

Yes. The children you created still exist and need to housed, educated and fed.

And if you already have a child support case going, loss of parental rights is not a terminating event, i.e. something that ends your child support assessment.
