WA GPS speed on dash cam

If dash cam GPS shows speed of vehicle and police radar a different speed which holds up in court? Have there been any cases like this?

You won't win in a GPS vs police radar dispute. Police radars are regularly tested and certified (otherwise all the challenges would win). GPS is more akin to guess work based on car movement and signal tracking (very non-technical I know, but that's what the court would probably consider).

GPS makers normally expressly disavow reliability of the device as evidence.
