NSW Family Law - What is an Affidavit of Compliance?

Hi All,

I have orders to serve a 2nd respondent in my case. The orders state I must file an Affidavit of Compliance once this is done. I cannot find an Affidavit of Compliance anywhere on the Family law court site. Is this an Affidavit of Service which I used when serving the 1st respondent?

I'm not a Family Court expert but I would say its simply an affidavit that you could draft on a general affidavit form to say that you have complied with the requirement to serve the second respondent in the matter and detail how and when you did this.
