Hi all, I commenced a parental (child support) case in the Perth family court, I am the Applicant. Responder filed court documents, including responders own affidavit.
I would like the opportunity to respond to Responders affidavit. In wanting to respond to Responders affidavit, which correct form do I use please.
Will responding to Responders affidavit be poorly perceived by a magistrate. For example, when are filling affidavits after affidavits viewed by magistrates as being enough is enough type of scenario, thanks.
