My brother as the Executor of my deceased parents estate is demanding to video record me looking and selecting items from the estate. Can he insist on my agreeing to this? Can he refuse me access to the house which has been willed to the four children of the marriage if I don't agree to being videoed?

Why would a written list not be adequate?
