Ex-wife has moved out for at least 2 years now to her sister's place. The home is unsaleable at the moment but renovations are happening. She has some government mail like Dept of Health, etc addressed to the matrimonial home, however not Centrelink or bank statements though. Ex-wife's sister used to live in the home many years ago but now runs a family business, but there are occasional bank statements for the family business addressed to sister-in-law that come to the house too.

I am not sure what ulterior motive may be motivating them having some addresses to the matrimonial home? I am not sure whether there are legal considerations or business implications that should be wary of? I am hoping consent orders will be signed soon but serious threats have been made on both sides and I want to be prepared unfortunately.
