NSW Ex Failed to Collect Property - What are My Property Rights?

After coming to a property settlement agreement back in 2013 my ex-husband was granted items to collect within 14 days of the settlement. Till this day 1 1/2 years later, my ex still hasn't collected the items he was granted.
What is my legal position of the items he has not collected? Am I in my rights to keep them or dispose of them without breaking the property law?

How much are the items worth?
