Is there a statute of limitations on unpaid overtime under Employment Law? My employer owes me many hours of unpaid overtime. My unpaid overtime started at least a year ago till today.

Can I claim back all my unpaid overtime now?

Yes, if your employment contract/award provides for overtime.

If you press for your entitlement to back overtime pay, be prepared to start looking for another job. Not legal, but things just seem to 'happen' when the boss is annoyed/angry/upset etc.
