By the letter of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation it was established that it is permissible to change information about the name of an organization only by recognizing past information as invalid - various kinds of corrections are not allowed.


However, the instruction attached to the letter of the Ministry of Labour does not have sufficient specifics, which, in practice, raises even more questions from HR specialists.

So, still it is not explained how to put the new status on replacing the old one.
