Hi there,

I have been employed as a casual worker on an on-going basis, getting full-time hours every week. I am working at least 42 hours every week. I often get a lot of overtime as well.

When I asked them for a full-time position, they don't give me a proper answer.

I have been working there for more than 6 months now.

My question is, do I have the right under employment law to fight to get a permanent full-time position since I have been working over 6 months as a full-time casual?

Please help.
