My friend got caught drunk driving (0.108 alcohol rate). That's his first sentence. He is Belgian, on a working holiday visa 417. He has to go to court in may and already has 1 month suspension of drivers licence. we are wondering :
- up to how much can be the fine ?
- how long can the drivers licence suspension last ?
- is it gonna be a problem when applying for his 2nd year of visa?
