He was stopped for roadside drug swab. It was very faint, but still positive. Second test at police station.
The paperwork for court came back, but no laboratory results, just a letter saying it was positive. Also a copy of his criminal record which he didnt ask for.
Shouldn't copy of the laboratory results come with the court papers?
