5 years ago I was charged with creating cem ( based on texts between mysel and a female partner . i record 18month probation but no conviction was given ( I did plead guilty $
as part of their investigation the police seized 13 storage items and teturned them all after the trial
hoe Ed i was served a notice to forfeit an item (iPhone 6$ which they have had for 5 years

my question if …x IF there are any texts on the phone can I be charged based on this or would I be prtected under double jepordy laws.

Double jeopardy only relates to the same offence.
If they find evidence of new or other offences, then they can go after you again.
And they may well look harder the next time,
because they know you are an offender with a history.
