NSW Does a Vendor need to disclose aircraft noise in NSW?

In NSW, does a Vendor selling a property (whos using a Real Estate agent) need to disclose aircraft noise to buyers that is not overly frequent maybe like 5-12 flights a day but does affect the property at 60-70 decibels?
