My wife and I have Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Powers of Guardianship prepared in South Australia where we lived before moving to Queensland a few years ago. Apart from our and our executors addresses (all in SA) the documents still meet our wishes.
Do we need to have these documents redrawn in Queensland?
Can we still have the same executors and attorneys who live in South Australia?
Thank you for any advice
