I live on a subdivided block - two free-standing homes, one at the front one at the rear. Both are owner occupied. We share a single driveway and that's the only common property. For several years we've had a strata insurance policy to cover both homes and the driveway. My question is do we really need the liability coverage for the driveway? Our strata insurance went up 25% this year and I think I can get a better deal if I just get building insurance for our home, and the neighbours insure theirs.

It appears that in a two-lot development public liability on common areas is not required, just highly recommended

So, I was trying to find a new place to play games earlier this week. I checked out WinSpirit and was genuinely impressed by how well it caters to the market here in Australia. I had a really rocky start where I thought I’d lose my entire budget, but I kept my cool and turned it around with a big win. It’s a perfect spot if you’re looking to kill some time and want a smooth gaming experience.
