Hello, I have served my wife divorce papers via post which she agreed to but now is refusing to sign affidavit confirming it. Do I have to go through the whole process again?

Is it an affidavit confirming that she has been served with the papers? If so, you can just submit an affidavit sworn by you to explain the steps that you took to effect service on your wife. The court just wants evidence that the other party was served with the papers, it doesn't matter that she is being uncooperative or does not want to be involved.
