Divorce application nsw info help

Hello,

I am a Thailand citizen living in pattaya and married to Australian citizen living in sydney.

Our civil marriage was solemnized and registered in australia in July 2016. separated since two years, no property, no children involved

Now we want divorce, so what is the procedure, my wife says inquire and inform her.

How can we divorce when I am in thailand and she is in australia, through joint application.. Please help really confusing as wife is occupied with her new job in sydney, so gets less time off. Thank you,

As your wife is an Australian citizen she can make a joint application... It can be done on line, no need for either of you to appear in court as there are no children...

Thank you Atticus, for the link, so she has to send me the joint application and I will get it signed and send it her back for submission. If anyone has the pdf of the joint application, can you please share it with me.
