Hello, I have been privately renting a family friends home for last 10 months. I had issues with the neighbour who rents through a real estate. I took out PSO on the neighbour in Aug. The neighbour retaliated and took out a PSO on me but unsuccessfully lost.
I got 12 months for my order on her. She has breached the order numerous times with threats to kill, verbal abuse, shoot me, and property interference. She has now taken 2nd Interim order on me. This has been detrimental to both me and my young children. I have spoken to everyone, her Real Estate agents believes this is my doing & fault and a civil matter. The Real Estate searched my property title owner & called them to complain about me with no evidence. I have searched her landlord details & messaged on Facebook today.
Please help, this has now become a criminal offence.
