WA Defamation Case - Timeframe of Fees Following the Trial?

Hi,

The plaintiff of a defamation case has been ordered by the court to pay my legal fees in light of a successful outcome by the defendant.

A) Is there a timeframe within which they have to pay the fees?
B) Do they have a choice to pay in weekly instalments?
C) What if they can afford the lump sum but just don't want to pay it?
