    Hi,

The plaintiff of a defamation case has been ordered by the court to pay my legal fees in light of a successful outcome by the defendant.

    A) Is there a timeframe within which they have to pay the fees?
    B) Do they have a choice to pay in weekly instalments?
    C) What if they can afford the lump sum but just don't want to pay it?

    Thanks in advance

Talk to your lawyer that handled your defamation claim in regards to how to enforce the judgement.

The defendant was a self-represented litigant
