Dance requires the term to be paid upfront of which my daughter dances 4 days a week (approx 3 different dance classes per day) so it is approx $1000 per term.
My daughter fractured her foot which occurred at home (not dance) and she is in a moon boot and crutches (no dancing for 4 weeks).
Should I be entitled to a credit for her dance lessons as she obviously cannot attend the lessons? Note: this is a dance school, not private tutoring.

Not necessarily. There are any number of factors which could influence whether or not a refund is warranted in the situation - especially given the injury is not related to the participation in the class. The best approach to begin with is not to ask whether you’re entitled to a refund, but to ask what the dance school’s policy is in this type of situation. They may have a process already in place to deal with such occurrences.
