Crowd Funding Law in Australia

Hi. I am just wondering if it is legal to do crowd funding through this American t-shirt place? http://teespring.com/about We can create a campaign through them to raise funds for our rally, they print the t-shirts, post them to people that buy it and then pay us a commission on the t-shirts sold. We are all volunteers and have no business or non-profit structure.

So long as the design on the shirt is not in breach of copyright, then yes.

What you are doing is basically a conventional consumer transaction,
to which the Australian Consumer Law applies.

Thank you for your reply. We have our own design, so not in breech of copy right. Just wanted to make sure it doesn't matter that we are not NFP or that they are in America.
