It is terrifying how such a piece of legislation can be made because you will never truly know if the person is fearful of violence, etc.

I think it would be more terrifying if such a piece of legislation let the perpetrator decide whether or not his action had caused his victim to be fearful of violence...

Are you saying you are the victim of bad legislation?

It is reasonable to assume that someone does not want some ex threatening their relationships with stories of infidelity. Telling them their father was unfaithful to their mother.

Stalkers say and do all sorts of things to hurt and manipulate.

The legislation is broad to cover that.

Stories of infidelity means fear of violence or property damage does it?
